Cold Remedies ; 23 Weeks

Hi, I seem to have come down with a Cold and every cold & Flu medicine I have come across is not suitable for pregnant women.

Does anyone have any recommendations on suitable remedies.

Honey and lemon with hot water, also calpol do a saline solution which offers some relief on a blocked nose, handy to have around for when the baby arrives to, if they get their first cold.

2 paracetamol and a soothing hot honey and lemon and some lockets or similar is about as far as you are allowed to go, sorry. And steam inhalation if you can bear that sort of thing.
