Is fibregel safe to use in pregnancy

Hi basically as it says above I am 12+2 and I'm really badly constipated sorry if tmi but I already have piles on and of since I last gave birth in November :( any advice would be great full

Yes, guzzled it through my last pregnancy and have just got more on prescription!
