40+7 severe back pain

I'm 40+7 today, and have been suffering with really severe back pain for the last 3 days. Is there anything I can do? So tired and everything hurts. Got bad SPD and baby is sitting really painfully.

Just exhausted, any tips would be good. Don't remember feeling like this with dc1

Do you have a birth ball? I had spd twice, and three back to back babies and I spent most of the last weeks draped over mine on all fours x if not, put a stack of pillows on your bed and kind of lean over them. You want to try and get the weight of your tummy off your hips and back. I know every day seems like a lifetime at this stage but it'll feel better soon x
