Sounds like you're having a really tough time. Flowers Are you getting adequate support? Physio for the SPD, meds from your GP/midwife for the sickness, family and friends to help out at home etc. Don't go through this alone!

Yeh iv been to physio and been giving a support band to wear.. Sickness tablets don't do nothing for me.. And I do have family that help out but iv just had enough and wish this pregnancy would end

Sorry you're feeling so rotten. There are lots of different anti-sickness options and different people find that different things are helpful, so it's worth asking if there's anything else to try. And obviously keep going with any exercises the physio has given you! Otherwise just have some Brew and sympathy and I hope the next few weeks don't drag by too much.

Are you taking adequate pain relief? I'm 38 weeks, confined to the sofa because I can't manage the stairs with my spd - mine has developed to the point that I can barely walk with crutches...

Pain relief wise though I have the option to book in to the hospital for them to manage it on a morphine drip, I'm being induced next Saturday for my spd, I take 1000mg paracetamol (full dose) and 30 - 45mg of codeine phosphate 4x a day and I have the option to top up with oramorph half way through up to a max of 20ml/40mg a day.

I am also taking 100mg sertraline daily due to depression caused by pain levels.

This is all through my consultant/gp basically the risks to the baby are negligible compared to the risk of me stressing because of the pain, now despite my doseages I am still in pain the opiates simply mean I can ride the pain and put up with it.

You have managed 34 weeks, you are so near the end but it seems so far away, you need to take what support you can get and really push for adequate management of the pain. Physio can only help so much I found, acupuncture has also helped me a bit.
