Parent Craft/Antenatal classes

Does anyone know what you learn at these classes? Got sent a booking for them but need to re-arrange as won't be able to make them.

Are you doing NHS ones or is this NCT?

I just did my two NHS ones and the first went through labour / pain relief / what to expect and the second one was about life with baby e.g feeding, changing, bathing, sleeping / what to expect after birth.

They were very helpful.

It NHS ones but may have to look elsewhere as they gave us morning sessions which don't suit cause of work.
