Baby diagnosed with Cystic Hygroma at 11 weeks

Hi everybody, I'm new to this site and have just read a thread with infomation related to the diagnoses made on our baby so was hoping if anyone could shed anymore light for us. At 11 weeks they told us our baby had a large cystic hygroma and the outlook wasn't good, I resided myself to the fact that one way or another we would loose the baby. The follow up scan showed the same thing but I found the information that followed confusing, they gave us percetages of it being chromisonal and percentages of it being a chronilogocal heart defect but with a tiny chance of the baby being healthy, although termination was mentioned they said that I could wait and have an amnio at 16 weeks, wait 2 weeks for the results, then if it isnt chomisones I can wait until 22 weeks to have the heart tested which will still not be conclusive as to the overall health of the baby, along with this they also tell me that it's very likely that I will loose the baby before full term. I managed to persuade them to let me have a CVS test that I am waiting for any day now, these last two weeks have been hell, knowing that the baby is growing and yet there may be a chance of us terminating the pregnancy, its heartbreaking, I think a user called Rosy experienced something similar to this and I would greatly appreciate any information,
Many Thanks
(sorry for spelling)
