What's going on?

I'm 38weeks pregnant today with my first, my lower back is aching so much more compared to usual, when I go for a wee I get a lot of pressure at the bottom of my belly and it hurts, I've had to go toilet a lot today and when I went for a wee earlier I wiped and I noticed a small amount of blood on my tissue (picture bellow, sorry for the grossness) but haven't come across anymore since...what is going on?

I would think you are about to go into labour. Ring your midwife or hospital and ask them. If they think they need too they will call you in for a check up. Good luck!

Sounds like baby could be on the way. Phone labour ward and see if they want you to go in to be checked.
