palpitations

Is anyone else getting them? I'm almost 17 weeks, had a m.w appointment last week and was fine but since I got home I've been getting strong palpitations. They don't hurt just don't feel very nice. Don't know if I should speak to someone or if this is just a pregnancy thing.

How are your iron levels?
I had these when I was pregnant with ds3, I took spatone which helped.

I had them. Told they were normal as long as they didn't wake me up at night.

iron levels good. In fact she said they were very good and I must be eating my greens that was surprising because I was pretty much living on cup a soup when I had the blood test.

Yeah I get them, had two 12 lead ECGs, first showed sinus tachycardia and the second one a few weeks later showed sinus rhythm. They weren't concerned but said to call up if it kept happening, give them a wee call and let them know if you're worried.
