Spa Recommendations

I am looking for your recommendations on a spa weekend in September time. I will be 31-35 weeks pregnant but my friend is not and very active. She lives in the midlands and I live in Buckinghamshire (I don't mind a bit off travel really). Would love a spa that maybe also has some activities eg. Yoga classes or something like that as well as treatments etc. Does anyone know somewhere like this?

Hoar Cross Hall is lovely - you can cycle, have archery lessons etc in the lovely grounds. You can do classes but i didn't pay much attention to that Grin. It is more midlands based, is that ok?

They do a nice pregnancy treatment, but i had a package that wouldn't have included that, so they did me a facial, arm leg & hand treatment using pregnancy-safe oils, which was nice of them.

I have been to both Hoar Cross Hall and Champneys in Tring - both lovely. Food slightly better at Hoar Cross IIRC.
