Im 37wks today and iv had a pressure like feeling in my bum for the past 2 days (like i need a poo but dont) this is baby 2 but dont remember feeling this with #1 could it be that baby has moved down and is getting comfy? Also been having a few sharp stabbing pains in my cervix area. Baby still wriggling and was having tightenings on sunday (possibly due to a car crash but was observed for 24hrs in hospital but they have since stopped)
