I don't really want to take my maternity notes on holiday with me so was planning to copy key pages and just take them. Any hcp/mw know what is the important info that would be needed? Eg I don't see what use my scan reports would be.
I was planning on just taking the notes page that shows my bp at each appointment (and has a Rh Neg stamp) and my booking blood report but other than that I don't have any interesting conditions a different Dr would need to know.
