Has anyone else found that pregnacare gives them the runs? It's been every day now for weeks

Maybe try just taking folic acid and vitamin d rather than all the vitamins in pregnacare

It seems to have me alternating between the runs and constipation but it pregnancy effects your digestive system so it could just be that
