Baby is measuring small at 7 weeks scan

Hi ladies,
I'm very anxious as I just had our 7 week scan and the baby was measuring 6w+2. The dates aren't wrong as it's an ivf baby. The embryo measured 6.2mm and the Foetal Heart Beat is 112bpm.
Should I prepare for a miscarriage?
Booked to scan again in 10 days.

My first time ever writing a message like this. I've had two fresh ivf cycles both failed. Had my first fet on 10th November two perfect 5day blastocysts already hatching at transfer. Did a test 6 days early and got my first ever BFP.. never been so happy in my whole life. Everything has been perfect, no bleeding/spotting odd cramps but nothing's felt wrong. Had my first scan on 8th December exactly 4 weeks after my transfer so it would be 4 weeks 5days in my mind although the clinic adds on 2 weeks, so they have me as 6weeks 5 days. The scan showed a very small sac and maybe a tiny yoke sac, the sonographer said it was measuring at about 5 weeks and she wasn't very hopeful. She's booked me for another scan next Friday to see if it's grown. She wasn't very hopeful. I'm literally distroyed, we went full of hope and happiness now I've an agonising wait to see if my baby is indeed alive or already gone. What are the chances it's just small and will grow or am I clutching at straws? Please any help advise is so welcome
