During my first two pregnancies, I struggled horribly with this. Now that I'm pregnant a third time (now 8weeks) I've been fighting to stave off depression? Has anyone else? If so, I'd love to know what you're doing and what's working.
So far, I am trying to
- exercise each day outside, even if just a gentle walk
- avoid eating processed crap, despite morning sickness
- stay in touch with friends by text and whatsapp, even though I don't have the energy for socialising
What about others?
