I am 26wks and my skin is so dry. I dont think it is just down to the weather. I am using moisturisers and have been putting almond oil on my bump to prevent stetch marks but it is stil dry and the skin on my hands is starting to crack. I have never had this before. Is there anything I can eat/drink which will improve it. My diet is pretty good and I do eat seeds etc. Any ideas?

Pregnancy played havoc with my skin too.
Ask your GP if they can prescribe Aveeno emollient for you, or you can buy it in Superdrug and some Boots. It is oatmeal based and really moisturises well. More info here
Another cream I used was Medihoney which is designed as an intense moisturiser for excema-type conditions, available in Lloyds, Holland & Barratt etc

shea butter (not to eat though!)

Drink lots and lots of water? Eat oily fish? I used Udo's Oil capsules which are full of EFA's and I presuem they helped as I never had issues with dry skin while preggers. I just use baby oil on my body which seems to do the trick, and Elizabeth Arden 8 hr cream on my face when it's mad dry. Good luck.
