Dc3, I'm desperate not to end up on crutches like I was with dc2. I'm only 24 weeks and am starting to have symptoms. I'm keeping my legs together firmly! I'll try and get referred for physio as apparently early manipulation can help. Any body have any tips? Really worried Sad

Keep you legs together, don't sit on the floor, rest as much as you can, avoid heavy lifting/pushing heavy trolleys, plastic bag on car seat to help you swivel in & out, and sleep on top of a spare duvet or two to cushion your hips, with a pillow between your knees for support.
