hi Im 11 weeks 2 days, I have been getting bad cramps in my pelvic area kind of like a period pain no bleeding. But today have felt very light headed and quite sick though not like my normal morning sickness feeling!!! am worried any advice

Try not to worry. Take a warm bath and get yourself off to bed. There are a lot of unexplained aches and pains that go with pregnancy. Can you face a light snack before bed to ward off the light-headedness? You'll probably feel better in the morning. Perhaps you just overdid it a bit today. Take care. xx

Thing is I still have not had a scan or seen a MW I have my 1st scan a week on tues so not sure about how to go about contacting them

Ring your local hospital. They will put you straight through. x
