my home births been ok'd and the heads engaged! tips please

I'm 35 weeks today home birth has been ok'd by the midwife today, while she was here she told me the head is engaged this is my second so I should prep for an early baby just incase (ds was late 41+1)

So I was planning on waiting a little longer to get my home birth things together as i was due to go on call at 39 weeks now its looking like my on call will start at 38 what do I need?

Shower curtains, towels.

A lamp - one that you can angle.

I wanted more ice packs than were available so I'm planning on stocking up on those this time!

Lucozade, cereal bars, bottles of water in the freezer.
