Is mild cramping like period cramps normal at 5 weeks? It's not strong pains I just feel like I do the week before my period.

Very normal. I was in tears some weeks because I was cramping so badly and convinced myself that I was going to lose the baby. I'm 15 weeks now and am a lot more comfortable and less crampy

I had this with both my pregnancies and now have a healthy almost 4 year old and am 35 weeks pregnant with my second :)

It's your uterus stretching and expanding - was so bad second time I had a hot water bottle permanantly clamped to me but I guess you are not going to be able to do that in this weather! Poor you
