I've been becoming dehydrated really easily over the past week or so. Its not a case of me being unable to keep fluids down as I'm not sick every day. I simply can't drink enough without feeling sick.
I'm drinking at least 2 litres a day of diluting juice but this still doesn't seem to be enough. I don't drink tea or coffee as I don't like them (weird I know) Does anyone have any tips for keeping hydrated?
