Hi! I'm 10+3 and I know EXACTLY what you mean! I am hungry constantly and nothing seems to satisfy me for long. What I'm also finding is if I don't eat and get too hungry I feel really sick. I started my pregnancy at a healthy weight but I'm getting a bit worried about putting too much weight on too quickly to be honest!

This sounds just like me! I was having to eat constantly to stop the nausea, I had to have an early lunch at work everyday. I have never eaten so much!! This all stopped once I reached 12 weeks.😀

Eating is all that stops me from being sick especially bread - the whiter and crispier the better.

Yup, been there, put on almost a stone, now I'm 12 weeks it's starting to calm down. Exactly the same thing happened when I was pg with DD - weeks 6-12 I could literally eat everything in sight to try to ease the nausea (often regretting later it later, though Sad)

I was taking 2 lunches to work with me, and still am keeping snacks on me at all times as hunger makes the nausea so much worse. Sparkling water helps to make me feel fuller for longer btw.

Following the initial crazed-eating I barely put on any extra weight with DD right up until the end, and lost all the excess weight by 3 months after the birth - even though I'd reverted back to eating everything in sight thanks to breastfeeding hunger pangs Cake x

Eat eat eat!! It'll help you get through the day. I really struggled with tiredness and nausea and food really helped.

It gets better ladies x

Me too!!! I need to eat something every 2 hours (sometimes less) otherwise I start to really struggle. My willpower has all but disappeared!!

Thanks for the tip re sparkling water having kittens I will definitely give that a go!

Ha, I ate for 35 weeks! I got to the point of be eating one meal thinking what I could eat next
