Tummy pain at 24 weeks - should I be worried?

Hi everyone,
I'm just over 24 weeks pregnant.
Since I went to bed last night I've had a cramping sort of pain across the middle of my tummy/bump. It's ok when I sit/lie still, but noticeable when I move around.
It's not unbearable, but it just concerns me.
I have not had any bleeding or other symptoms and just wondered if I should be calling the midwife or if this was just normal.

Thanks x

bumping this for you. I am sure someone will come along with some good advice shortly.

Do you think it could be braxton hicks? Is the pain there all the time, or does it come and go? There is no harm in giving your midwife a call to set your mind at rest.

Hope you are feeling ok. x

Thanks for bumping!
Rang MW in end and just got back from pregnancy assessment unit - all seems to be fine, looks like muscular pain.
Glad I went though, they were lovely, put my mind at ease and didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time (although I felt like that anyway!).

Really glad all is well. I am on pregnancy number three - and the aches and and pains are already quite bad!!

You can't help but worry, it is only natural. I know it feels daft to make a fuss, but it really is good to put your mind at ease so you can relax.

Hope everything continues to go well for you. x
