I am 23w +4 days and have this morning started getting a strange feeling in the front of my thighs. I became aware of it because of the material on my trousers touching my leg - it slighly feels like pins and needles and a warm feeling. No pain just this weird sensation. I don't know if its coincidence but I've not felt the baby moving much at all today whereas yesterday she didn't stop with her kicks so was wondering if she's maybe lying in a strange position thats affecting my legs. Does anyone have any ideas?
