Sideways without seeing the other photos, I wouldn't want to guess.
I can make out a head, torso, fingers, cross section of arm and longitudinal section of leg, I think.

No idea what's in the pelvis area.

It looks like they could only get sideways photos, so very difficult to tell the sex.
Mine was facing forward and his lower parts were very obvious.
