Scarlet fever

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and both my daughters and now looks like my husband have had scarlet fever in the last ten days. My husband has come down with the fever and throat today. Do I need to worry and if I do start to get it do I need to take paracetamol? Will speak with doctor on Monday thank you!

Nhs guidance is that it's not a risk unless you have it during labour. Fx you avoid it though!!
