Pregnancy help please

Hi I was wondering if any body has some info . I went for an early scan and the sac was seen and the doc said I was 3/4 weeks . Did he mean altogether or from conception .

This will have been 3/4 weeks from your last period.

I thought that but my period was 5 weeks exactly before that on that day . And has been through out all my scans . The scan after which was 2 weeks later was 7 w and 1 day .

And could a gestanial sac be seen on a scan at 3 to 4 weeks
