can I take paracetamol

Is it safe to take paracetamol during pregnancy? I am 35 weeks and have a really bad headache!

yep it is fine

When you say a really bad headache, is it accompanied by visual disturbances like flashing lights, because if so you should phone your midwife. If not, then yes, paracetamol is fine.

No flashing lights, but I do have earache. It feels like I have swollen glands, or have pulled a muscle in my neck orsomething and it is making my whole head ache.
