Squashed up cramp like feelings?

I'm 18 weeks with my first and overweight, wondering about a pain I keep having.

I sit all day for work and am getting a pain that feels a little like period cramps but not quite.

It feels like there is too much of something in uterus but only at the bottom (near vagina) - like all the weight is resting on the bottom of my uterus. Now I realise there is a baby there and it might be that I can feel that but it feels a bit achey and occasionally feels a bit like wind.

It's not there if I lie down and I've no bleeding (15 week scan was fine)

Anyone else get this?

Totally normal I think - I am no expert, but I had period type cramping for a lot of my pregnancy. Totally freaked me out. Congratulations btw. Smile
