I have just started to get pregnancy acne it's really bad and starting to go down the back of my neck and chest, is there any way to get rid of this, I cleanse and exfoliate everyday

I don't think there is unfortunately. I gave it all on my chest to. So embarrassing.

I have this problem on my face. I have always had a bit of hormonal adult acne but pregnancy has made it worse! Take it easy on the exfoliation as this can irritate the inflamed skin and make it worse, especially doing it every day. Try stopping exfoliation on affected areas except very gently with a soft cloth and use a really gentle cleanser such as a cream one rather than a foaming/harsh oil stripping one. Sudocrem and sometimes small dabs of body shop tea tree oil help to control the bacteria. Good luck, horrible isn't it!
