1st of oct but will ahve a cs . still cant believe it

I am due Oct too! I think so anyway. Haven't had a period since I stopped taking the pill so not sure of my dates. Last period Nov 27 but I had a negative test on Jan 5, then a positive one last Sat (jan 20) I haven't got any symptoms at all so think I am very early on, just four-five weeks. So excited but am terrified of things not working out. And also am kind of hoping for sore boobs and sickness for reassurance! This is our first baby and can't belive it happened so quickly for us. Seems too good to be true! Going to Egypt in two and a half weeks as well so am a bit worried about flying and the food over there. Is this your first lissilou?

What is bfp? I am still trying to work out all the abbreviations on this board!
