Okay so had appointment yesterday she is head down and engaged but she is facing right (so back and bum on left and feet kicking on the right) any way to get her to turn so her back is to my belly. Anyone else had this? Will I need interference or will she just turn in labour? Any advice welcome x

She will turn in labour. Trust your body and baby to do what it needs to do.

I have no idea how to get her to turn but mine didn't turn fully he want from back to back to side on then had to be turned by rotational forceps. I would try to get her to turn if you can.

Apparently walking up and down stairs sideways can help - mw at my antenatal classes said that.

My DD2 was in this position all the way through but turned during labour to come out the right way. If you want to try something you could look at the spinning babies website.

My 2 were this way all the way through too. 2 uneventful labours. Good luck!
