Pregnant 3 weeks after miscarriage?

Hi everyone, so i miscarried naturally 3 weeks ago at 11 weeks. Tested negative finally and had positive ovulation tests. Now im having the exact same pregnancy symptoms as I did last time! Pain in my left side exactly same as last time but never felt that before i was pregnant! Spot breakout, fatigue, hungry and sometimes lower back ache! Could i be pregnant again so soon?

Yes you could, but it's unlikely to show on a test yet.

I started my first miscarriage on 11th March 2013 and conceived my now 2yo DS on 24th March 2013. So it's definitely possible. I didn't test until I was 6 weeks though as I wasn't expecting to get pregnant again.

When did you ovulate?

Ovulation tests were positive on the 14th. I really do hope so!
