Contractions stopped

Hi guys i have been having contractions on and off for 5 days they can be quite strong and last 3/4 hours and then stop i have had a bulging feeling down there during them,I lost my mucus plug 3 weeks ago...... could it be real labour?

Mine started at stopped but that was with an induction. How far along are you? It does sound like your body is getting ready for labour. Can they do a sweep on you? Maybe worth asking your MW

I'm 37+3 I've had 4 positive test for probable preterm labour, I went hospital last on Friday because of contractions doctor said to come back if my waters break or bleeding! They are not worried as i had steroid injections 4 weeks ago.
