Hi, it could be an implantation bleed but if you have any concerns you should contact your doctor

When I had my booking in appointment my midwife asked if I'd had any bleeding and said not to panic if I did as it's very common. If it's stopped and didn't go bright red I don't think you need to worry.

I bled throughout my first pregnancy and my DD is three. There are quite a few reasons why bleeding occurs.

It can be implantation bleeding or a number of reasons not to worry about. I know from experience how bad the worry is though so I would go to the GP and try and get an early scan to reassure yourself. We had a walk in Early Pregnancy Unit nearby where you could self refer which was a great help.
