I'm 38+2. Over the past week or so my bump has become really hard which I've guessed is just baby getting bigger. But it's making it impossible to get comfortable. The past 2 days I can't be in any position other than sitting upright. I fall asleep on my side, all propped up by my giant maternity pillow, and wake up with sharp pains all across my bump, like knives. Even if I'm sitting with my weight to one side I have to physically support the baby to stop the pain. Is this just a crappy part of the last couple of weeks or something to be worried about?
