Kathryn graves or Maggie Howell for a caesarean?

I have hypno birthed twice before but this time for reasons out of my control it looks like I need a section.

I want to try and use my hypno birth technique and saw there are some for a section

Has anyone used either of these CDs? I can't work out which one is better!

Just out of interest did you read the book etc?

I am just wondering how different it is to the Mongan(?) stuff I have done.
