sore nipples

Sorry if this is tmi, but my nipples have gotten so sore in the last couple of days. I'm 22 weeks, and last night I couldn't put any clothes near my breasts because as soon as something rubbed against them they began stinging and was quite painful. I put some Vaseline on it to help sooth/avoid rubbing, and a breast pad but when I looked this afternoon it looked like it had been bleeding.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Ouch, that sounds painful!! I would get to the Dr if I were you, you should not have bleeding nipples.

Me too. I think it's because everything is stretching etc. Get it checked if you are concerned.

I used bepanthan on them and that helped.
