I have a 10 year old from another relationship and I have a 9 month old from this relationship and now 14 weeks . Last week I ended things we had been together nearly 3 years we didn't live together as he has mental health problems I finished it because he was saying he was having bad thoughts about my 10 year old daughter he said he thought about rape , i no I did the right thing it's just so hard

Oh poor you. You sound like a good Mum and life will be easier now. Take any support you can from good friends or family, or trusted neighbours. Perhaps tell your ex's CPN or GP what he has told you, he may be a risk to others or still to your children? Also tell your midlife, they will heal you get support.
