We had a pizza two nights ago, that turned out to be a bit rich for me, so I had some stomach cramps that night and didn't think anything of it.

I had stomach cramps again last night, bad enough to go to bed with a hot waterbottle. and started getting a little worried.

This morning I had spotting after sex. Very light, but still there.

This evening from about five o'clock I have had really bad cramps, and have had some really really slight staining.

Starting to get worried here - does it mean I am miscarrying?

it's so hard to tell. stomach pains can be for so many reasons.

how many weeks pg are you?

pain + bleeding in pregnancy should always be checked out. i would go to your gp and ask for a referral to your local EPU to be checked out

AnguaVonUberwald · 19/01/2007 08:03

Tutter. I am 7 weeks pregnant - in fact 7+1! - as I said the bleeding is very very light but the cramping is heavy and ongoing. Will call GPs surgery as soon as they open.

The bleeding is now every time I wipe after going to the loo. So still very very light, but getting heavier

Sorry you are going through all this. Must be very stressful and upsetting for you right now, not knowing. You should make an appointment to speak to your GP - bleeding in pregnancy should really be checked out.

Juicylucytoo · 19/01/2007 09:41

You should get an emergency appointment at the GP to refer you to the EPU. They can do a scan and tell you either way what's going on.
Sorry you're going through this. xx

angua, have you spoken to the gp yet?

at 7+1 they should be happy to scan you

good luck - will keep everything crossed x
