Abdominal cramps? How far along are you?

Ginger06 · 08/06/2016 10:58

I have them everyday and I am 6 weeks pregnant by now I get used to them. I read in one post drinking water helps ease the pain

Leg cramp? You're meant to pull your toes towards you as apprised to away. Keep hydrated and make sure you have enough salt in your diet. It's horrid!

Leg cramp - put foot flat on the floor and lean leg forward to stretch out the muscle. If that fails I send DH for ice pack.

Ah, then warm bath! Not too hot though - shouldn't be so hot that it turns your skin pink.

Also staying hydrated and resting!

DesignedForLife Smile** I see thank you will do that now Grin
