16 weeks cold / run down / hayfever

Hi all,

I am 16 weeks pregnant and have cold like symptoms - I'm not sure if it's hayfever mixed with being run down in pregnancy. I am so decongested and barely slept last night as I couldn't breathe through my nose and my throat was sore. Has anyone got any recommendations for treating colds and hayfever during pregnancy?

You can get the nasal spray for hay fever in pregnancy, my doctor did a prescription over the phone.
