Help?

I was wondering wether anyone could help me out I'm 12 days late in my period and home tests came back negative, I've woke up the past few days and felt sick and the past 2 days I've been sick and had a metallic taste in my mouth and belly seems to be hard however last night I noticed some brown spotting but this morning it's like a low-medium flow and it's red, could this be my period or implantation bleeding?

I've never actually had implantation bleeding or spotting in any of my pregnancies. It's more than likely your period hun.

I don't think you could get implantation bleeding 12 days after your period is due.

It might be worth talking to a doctor, bleeding and missed period can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy
