Sorry if TMI!
I'm 38 weeks and noticed last week some swellings around my back passage.
I guess they are like little piles - it's like the skin etc is all swollen there creating bits that hang a little. But it's not painful at all.
In fact only noticed as I had a bath and it felt like I was sat on something (!)
I'm guessing/hoping it's mild piles caused by late stage pregnancy - pain free though - is that normal?!
