This is my first pregnancy, and over the past week I've had really bad morning sickness, I havnt actually been physically sick but I've just felt it, but today I had a really good day, I havnt really felt as bad as I have, is it the sickness wearing off? Or do you have good and bad days? Someone help!Hmm

I'm at 20 weeks now and it's not gone anywhere. I eat a nakd bar in bed before I get up which curbs it for a bit. Then eating small and often as hard as it is does seem to work. I don't get hungry any more I just feel sick instead. Same with being tired, I don't feel tired I just feel sick. Try to get lots of sleep too.

Don't count your chickens. I suspect it will be back. I've had at least 3 good days in the last 6 weeks! (11 weeks today)
