I can't put my finger on what the feeling is, a soreness or a tenderness or a feeling of extreme sensitivity in my vagina ever since being 12 weeks with this pregnancy. I have placenta previa and I don't know if that's relevant.

I'm now 30 weeks and it feels really strong. I have this sense like my my vagina is hanging open. I know that sounds strange. Just like everything's engorged.

Is that normal for placenta previa?

I had it with my son, it was full previa was in n hospital for the last couple of weeks as it was too risky for labour to start, the wanted him to get to at least week 37 before c/section.

I had no pain or bleeding at all, certainly non of what you describe. If it wast for scans I would have died in childbirth because you wouldn't have thought anything was wrong,

I don't have PP but do have a similar 'engorged' feeling. I asked a midwife friend about it and she said it's pretty normal, unfortunately.
