Does anyone know if this is normal? My legs feel numb all the time and my arms legs and feet keep cramping. It gets so bad that I can't move my feet sometimes. I can't ring the midwives to ask because I don't know the out of hours number.

I had lots of leg cramping which is normal but not sure about feeling numb- in your situation I would call 111- or there should be a number for midwife or hospital on the front of your notes

But late response but I had it towards the end of my last pregnancy ( 14 weeks now) .
It was so bad that it would wake me up throughout the night and actually screaming in pain ( cramps) .
It stopped after a month or so . But if you are not sure , depends how far you have gone , you should call labour ward they will connect you to an outpatient antenatal unit where they do assessment and they will be able to give you advice .
If you don't have thmeit number , google it . I am sure it will be there .
All the best .

The antenatal triage number should be on Google or the hospital switchboard should be able to direct you in. Occasional cramping is normal, but yours seems excessive and the numbness is a bit worrying.
