So I've established that I'm not entitled to SMP because I haven't worked there long enough - was already pregnant when I joined.... Just. I will be entitled to Naternity Allowance though. Does anyone know how this effects my rights at work? Will I accrue holiday while on Mat leave? If I'm not planning on going back when will I have to inform them? Is it the same as if I was getting SMP? Any help would be great Smile

Maternity rights are the same regardless of whether you get smp, ma or omp.
