Feel nauseous after waking from naps anyone else get this..

I am 14+weeks pg with 3rd baby and never had the before.. But if DS is kind enough to have a nap in the afternoon and I manage one too I always feel really nauseous when I wake up..

What is the cause oft his or is it just anothre form of MS..
