Pregnancy Massage??

Been thinking about treatung myself as suffering with a bad back/pgp is a pregnancy massage worth it? Woukd you recommend? Obviously I'll research and only go to someone who is qualified. Im currently 26weeks

I had one at 25 weeks and been back again 4 weeks later, another one coming up soon as well at 33 weeks - am hoping to up it in the last few weeks.

It is heaven - eases lots of tension in my lower spin and its nice to have 40 mins to relax (have a toddler as well!)

Highly recommend one who can do it lying down (I have one side then the other) I had a seated one in previous pregnancy and it was not the best position - my leg went to sleep for half of it which was really off putting and moving didn't help!
