Had my 34 week appt with mw yesterday and now have slow growth. Been normal the whole time until yesterday. Being sent for an growth scan at some point but worried. She also off work at 36 weeks so my next appt is 37! Should i be concerned?

Is this just by measuring fundal height? If so I wouldnt be too concerned as the measurements can vary, its only a mw with a tape measure after all! Ive been measured over and under this pregnancy and no one's seemed concerned.

I've been sent for 2 growth scans, one at 35 weeks and just had one on Monday (39 weeks) both times baby was absolutely fine. Baby has been engaged since 33 weeks so everything has dropped making my bump smaller. Try not to worry about it until you know more.

My ds "stopped" growing at 35 weeks. I was under consultant care so was scanned and measured a lot which is how they knew he wasn't growing

I had to go in everyday for two weeks to go on the foetal monitor to measure the heart rate for half an hour. Not sure what it proved or not but there we go.

After two weeks the consultant still wasn't happy and gave me a sweep that day. He was born two days later. If I hadn't gone into labour, I would have been induced at 38 weeks.

Ds was tiny when he was born but bigger than people thought he was going to be (5lb 3oz). He was fine just very small

Try not to worry. Everything may be okay, if there is slow growth they will monitor you a bit more closely with extra scans.
Seeing midwife at 37/40 instead of 36/40 is also fine
